DBS RH had an insightful variety of activities as part of our Mental Health Week, The Activities was led by Ms Mariam, our DBS Wellbeing counsellor. During those Activities, Ms. Mariam Introduced Chalk messages Activity which Encourages creativity and positivity, chalk messages allow students to express themselves and spread uplifting messages. Yoga – Yoga which can help reduce stress, increase focus, and promote emotional regulation, making it an ideal activity for fostering resilience and a sense of calm. Mindful colouring – An effective practice encourages mindfulness by allowing students to concentrate on the present moment and help reduce anxiety and improve mood, providing a soothing break from academic pressures. And Board Games – A way to build social connections and enhance cognitive skills. This activity encourages teamwork, communication, and problem-solving, allowing students to interact in a fun and engaging environment.
